For sending, permanently
Somebody who was sent a file did not choose this software. Charging them to open it would be indefensible, so we do not. Only the person sending needs a licence.
Your licence key contains your email address and nothing tied to a particular machine. Use it on your laptop, your desktop and your Mac. It is meant for one person, not for a whole company — if you need licences for a team, write to support@bridgedrop.app.
By email, to the address you use at checkout, usually within a few hours. Paste it into BridgeDrop under About → Apply licence.
BridgeDrop depends on your network, and there is no honest way to know that in advance. If it cannot connect on your setup, or is not what this page describes, we refund you in full — see the refund policy. Tell us what went wrong first if you can; it is usually a firewall rule and takes five minutes to fix.
